30 Weeks!

Things are starting to come together. Paint colors are chosen for baby room, baby furniture is here thanks G&G Reilly and the hardwood floor is purchased thanks to a huge Fantasy Football win by Noah!! We are getting really excited now...only 10 weeks to go! Can't wait to meet this little girl, although getting a little nervous about the actual birthing process...OUCH! She is about 3 pounds now and almost as long as she will be at birth. I feel her all the time!

Christmas 2009

It was a great Christmas 2009! Christmas Eve with Mom and Dad; Christmas breakfast at the house with the Dougherty family; and Christmas dinner with family and friends! Next year we will add Baby Girl into the mix!

Noah Graduates from NAU

After a fantastic internship with the City of Phoenix Parks and Recreations Department and a ton of boring online classes, Noah is finally a graduate of NAU! I couldn't be more proud and relieved he is done...now I can see my his husband again! Our friends made the day extra special by making the trip up to Flagstaff for the Commencement! Congrats Noah!

Thanksgiving 2009

We had a great Thanksgiving 2009!! Thank you to the Plunkett family for having all of us over. Our pot luck dinner was a great success. Everything was delicious. We all promptly fell asleep on the couch immediately following our feast...all but Baby Girl who is moving more than ever now! She is rolling all around my belly and now kicking with her hands and feet. She is about 13 inches and almost 2 pounds now!!!

25 Weeks

We are at 25 weeks now!! Still feeling great! Gained 13 pounds so far...all in the belly! We found a little organic outfit for baby girl to wear home...grandma got it for her! :) Baby girl has already been to her first Phish festival in Palm Springs and Melanie and Joey's wedding in Washington...she loves to travel! We need a name!!!!

23 Weeks!!

Here are some pics from the past few weeks of belly growth. I can feel baby girl movin' & shakin' all the time now! Noah can feel her kicking and we can see her moving sometimes! I am still feeling great, just tired. Starting to plan the nursery and make lists of must-haves...lots to do! More than half-way there. :)

18 Weeks!!

I am finally looking like a pregnant lady!! Still feeling great! I am beginning to feel "butterflies" in my belly which I think is our baby doing tumblesaults and rockin' out!! We are going to our big sonogram appointment on Friday where we can find out if we are having a boy or a girl! We were certain we wanted to find out...but now we are having second thoughts. We shall see, sometimes surprises are nice!

15 weeks!!

The Jets and Giants get their first wins of the 2009-10 football season at the start of my 15th week of pregnancy. I am feeling great and getting more and more excited to meet our baby...who is now baby apple! This week, Noah and I are going to begin reading books aloud to start the bonding process with baby apple!

We are Having a Baby!!

We are so excited to announce we are expecting our first baby on March 7, 2010!!! I am 13 weeks pregnant and feeling great!!! Baby dancing bear is the size of a small lime. We got the first peek of our baby on August 10. He did a little dance for us, hence the nickname Dancing Bear!

Happily Married

Noah and I are married...the No9dougherty clan has it's first two members! Our wedding was fantastic thanks to fabulous friends, family and lots of love! Our honeymoon was unforgettable! St. Lucia is a beautiful country...Tetons!!! We had a blast hiking, scuba diving, golfing, and just enjoying each other!!! Can't wait to see what life has in store for us!
